Founded after Dr. Smith earned her PhD in Human Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, IdentityWork, LLC was created to help organizations navigate complexity, cultural transformation, and strategic change. With roots in university-level teaching, public service, Pacific Islands research, and U.S. health system accreditation, the firm blends qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. Previous engagements include quality improvement consulting with the Government of Guam, Blue Cross Blue Shield Gulf Coast, accreditation preparation with PwC, and public health needs assessments with Johns Hopkins University.

As a Human Systems Dynamics practitioner with a background in health education, community psychology, health care quality, and human organizational systems, my work centers on the need to answer four key questions:

• How can we support people in those organizations to develop their potential?
• How will we maximize the relationship of people and organizations to the changing business, social, and political climate?
• How do we develop the structures, processes and leadership that help organizations thrive in the face of today’s challenging environment?
